7:00pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the list of issues that were discussed:
• Monthly Bills
• Completion of both boiler replacement and hardwood floor refinishing
• Also removing power co. dusk to dawn lights since our new building lights are done

7:32pm – Meeting was called to order – Pledge of Allegiance & Conservation pledge

Introduction of Officers: Stephen Gustkey- Pistol, Mike Cumberland-President, Jim Hacke- Secretary, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, Mike Ripley- Jr. Rifle/Black Powder and John Hiser- Treasurer

Treasurer’s Report: John read treasurer’s report.
Bills and Communications: John had paid $2,900 for the hardwood refinishing and will be paying $3,115 for the completion of the boiler installation.

Pop: Steve turned in $9.

Rental Committee Report: Hall is rented out on June 3rd, 4th, 17th, 24th. June 14th the SRU Police will be doing training at the pistol range.

Pistol Team: Steve turned in $165. The pistol team will competing in the State Championship shoot coming up in August. The pistol team shoots on Thursdays from 5 PM till dark on the outdoor range. $2 a night or $20 for all summer. 22 cal. & Center fire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team: On June 24th there will be a Breast Cancer Awareness trap shoot at the range. Open to everyone.  Lots of prizes for shooting and Chinese auction baskets to win. Trap range open every Tuesday evening starting at 5pm for practicing. $3.50 per 25 targets. Open to public.

Black Powder: Mike just wanted to remind everyone that the meat shoots start at 11:00 am now.
Junior Rifle Team: Junior rifle is still shooting in 2 separate groups. Advanced shooters on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month and beginners on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Shooting begins at 6:30pm and runs till 8:00pm. Any adults willing to help are appreciated.

Archery: Still looking for any members willing to join together to make a team to practice.

Fun Indoor Shoot: They will be shooting every Monday @ 1pm starting in September. Everyone is welcome. Open sights with .22 caliber rifles from a rested position.

Membership: Brian read new memberships and collected $625 of which $60 to maintenance fund and $565 to general fund, $40 from key cards. He reported 85 new members for 2017 which brings total of 438 Sr, Life and Charter members. Total membership is 618.

Old Business: The boiler is installation is done. Refinishing of the hardwood floor is now completed. Replacement of the tile floor around the hardwood floor will be following shortly. The lights on the outside of the building are now hung up and working. Please remember to leave the light switches turned on when exiting the building. They are marked so it should be easy to know which ones they are.

New Business: Was announced that the rifle left at the pistol range has not yet been claimed. Please contact Steve Gustkey with any questions you may have about it.
